for starters, we have a some great additions to the Red Sox. Adrian Beltre, Mike Cameron, John Lackey, Bill Hall, Marco Scutaro, and Jeremy Hermida all add something to the Sox line-up, especially Scutaro and Lackey. Scutaro is an amazing shortstop, which ever since Nomar the Sox have been really hurting in this position. Lackey, who always gives the Sox hell in the playoffs is now a member of quite possibly the best rotation in all of baseball. It's amazing seeing him in a Sox uni after seeing him for years mowing batters down in an Angels uniform.
Speaking of the nastiest rotation in baseball, let's take a look at the Sox pitchers. Of course we have his holiness Josh Beckett. Jon Lester, John Lackey, Dice-k, Clay Buccholz, and old faithful TIm Wakefield. with a healthy Daisuke Matsuzaka, this group just spells out CHAMPIONSHIP. David Ortiz is supposedly back to his old healthy slugging ways, and with a help from J.D. Drew (who needs to step it up), Youkilis, V-mart, Jacoby, Pedroia, and the superb 3rd baseman Adrian Beltre, all contributing to the lineup, the Red Sox should be in great shape.
Im gonna keep this post short, so, that's all for tonite.
