what happened to summer?

well, as you all may be aware, this summer sucks. the weather is miserable, the sun has disappeared from sight, and the economy is in the shitter so vacations for most of you are probably being threatened. the average temperature for the summer so far is like 65*, i forgot that Mass. moved to the northwestern part of the country. Boston is now Seattle. there is, however, a plus side to the summer; the Red Sox. with 6 All-Stars making the AL team this year, that gives us something to be proud of. the 6 Sox selected to play are : Dustin Pedroia, Kevin Youkilis, Josh Beckett, Jonathan Papelbon, Jason Bay, and for the FIRST TIME EVER....TIM WAKEFIELD!

the good ol' knuckle chucker finally made the team at the ripe old age of 42. some are saying he should be the AL starter over Grienke on the Royals, especially because Wake was the 1st to win 11 games this year, however, Grienke has a lower ERA and uhm, oh yeah HES ALSO GOT 10 WINS WITH THE FRIGGEN ROYALS! anyone can win games with the sox's lineup, we are talking about Kansas City here.

While on baseball, the Toronto Blue Jays want to trade their savior, Roy Halladay. the Jays cant afford to get rid of their best pitcher in my eyes, but maybe JP Ricciardi knows something i dont. the Jays started out hot (as usual) but have fizzled as of late and are now 7 games and sliding behind Boston and NY.

AIR McNAIR is dead. i am so sad. in what the Tennessee police are calling a murder-suicide, we have seen the life of a early retired NFL qb come to an end in a strange series of events. apparently Steve McNair was with some 20 year old broad(who shot him in his sleep numerous times) as well as being married with children to another woman. supposedly this 20 yr old girl was
going through economical hardships and snapped. i think she was jealous that McNair wouldnt leave his wife for her.

to make things worse, McNair was shooting a Tennessee PSA to prevent suicide.

im gonna start posting almost daily now, i promise.
