Today, we have learned that golf immortal Tiger Woods has crashed his Cadillac Escalade into a fire hydrant and then a tree on his neighbor's property in the gated community of Isleworth in Florida.

Woods was allegedly unconscious when he crashed his Caddy at 2:30am. What Woods was doing at 2:30am on Black Friday I have no idea, I mean, cmon, it is not like Tiger was trying to beat the crowds because if anyone is beating this recession it is Mr. Millionaire-from-golf, Tiger Woods. Apparently (and i kid you not), Woods' wife used a golf club to smash the windshield to pull her injured husband out of the Escalade. The news story broke around 2:30pm today, which is about twelve hours after this incident actually happened. Reports are claiming that Tiger only has cuts and bruises on his face from the crash, but this seems a little fishy to me. What was Woods doing at 2:30am? Was he drunk? How do you crash your Escalade into a fire hydrant and wreck your neighbor's tree? ...doesn't make sense to me.
As for jokes about this ordeal, I've come up with "Tiger's approaching the driveway, about to enter the vehicle...FORE!". "Woods has always been a poor 'driver' " "Tiger was still trying to get that 'birdie' in his neighbor's tree". (if you dont get these, you either don't know golf or you are just retarded.)
In other news, AI has officially retired. Allen Iverson, one of the game's best guards, is no longer an NBA player.
After a tremendous career with the Philadelphia 76ers, and a brief stint with the Memphis Grizzlies, Allen Iverson has decided to call it quits. He has gone out in a rather sad way, covered in disappointment and negative publicity with the Griz. AI has argued with coaches and management about his playing time on the team because he was not a starter, when on most teams, he probably could still be a starter. He was not satisfied with his role on the team and his name has been tarnished. AI has always had a history of being a troublemaker, but it is still sad to see him retire on these terms. If you don't recall, AI had this famous speech back in his 76ers days (notice his PIMP BOSTON RED SOX hat!)
He was talkin bout practice, and now AI will no longer be in any practices. Many basketball analysts predict Iverson will come back into the league with another team in the near future, just because AI has enough gas in the tank to still be a good addition to any team if he keeps his focus on the court and not on the "gangsta" aspect of his life.
